Interested in Learning More About the Proposed Uniform Mediation Act --

Join us for a UMA Forum

Four regional UMA Forums have been planned as opportunities to learn about the legislation and to consider its potential impact on mediators and mediation organizations, as well as providing an open discussion. It is recommended that attendees read the bill before attending. House Bill 303 can be viewed at: http://www.legislature.state.oh.us/bills.cfm?ID=125_HB_303.

Forums have been held in Dayton and Toledo. A January forum is planned for Brecksville, Ohio and a Columbus forum is yet to be scheduled. Please visit this page for updates.
The first Forum was held in late October in Dayton. Two other forums are currently scheduled:
