Driving Notes

2nd Street is a One-way street for West bound traffic only.

3rd Street is a Two-way street for East & West bound traffic.

Perry Street is a One-way street for South bound traffic only.

St. Mary's Street (not shown on the map) is one block west of Perry Street. The Montgomery County Parking Garage is located on the corner of West 2nd Street and St. Mary's Street. The main entrance to the garage is on 2nd Street just west of the intersection with St. Mary's Street. When traveling west on 2nd Street, the garage is on the left side of 2nd Street.

If traveling East on 3rd Street, you may also enter the garage from Vista View, which is the first street on the left after passing under I-75.

If traveling West on 3rd Street, Vista View is the second street on the right after Perry Street.

Fee Structure for Services: Fee is incorporated into the filing fee for civil cases. Local rule assesses a cancellation fee if continuance/settlement/termination is effected within 7 days of the scheduled mediation date. Training Requirements and other qualifications for Alternate Mediators: The Court Mediator was trained at the National Judicial College and has extensive additional continuing education hours and has mediated since 1988.

The court double books the mediation calendar and maintains a short list of alternate attorney mediators in order to do so. These individuals are required to meet minimum training qualifications. They have extensive experience in litigation of cases in a variety of legal subject areas.
