Title: Violence Prevention Training
Summary: Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to contract with school districts to conduct training sessions for school certification and classified employees in conflict resolution and other violence prevention topics. The training will include techniques on imparting these skills to students.

Summary: Requires the superintendent of public instruction to develop a volunteer-based conflict resolution and mediation program for use in community groups and the public schools. The program uses lawyers to train students who in turn become trainers for their peers in conflict resolution.
