Title:	An Act Relating to Prevention and Handling of Violence in Schools
Summary:	Requires each public school to have a policy and maintain a comprehensive plan for student discipline. The plan shall include the manner in which the school will provide information and training to students in methods of conflict resolution, peer mediation, and anger management. Commissioner of Education will also make available to each superintendent training in the early identification and remediation of potentially violent or disruptive students, methods for de-escalation of violent or disruptive situations, mediation, and other conflict resolution measures.
