Title: Child Day Care Violence Prevention Programs
Summary: Requires nonprofit agencies which receive state funding for child day care programs to develop a violence prevention and alternative dispute resolution program for children under their care.

Title: Relating to Education
Summary: Requires each Rhode Island school district to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive program for violence prevention. Requires school administrators as well as other school personnel to participate in two staff development training session each year on violence prevention.
