Title: Performance Based Licensure for Administrators
Summary: Requires a beginning principal, in order to complete the entry year program, to demonstrate success in six competency areas. One area is entitled facilitating the vision. It requires the administrator to demonstrate abilities in effective communication, consensus building, and negotiation skills.
