Summary: Outlines the powers and duties of the institute including: to develop programs, education and training with respect to making nonviolent conflict resolution more available and useful; to conduct training, provide symposia and to develop continuing education and research programs to promote skills in nonviolent conflict resolution; and to establish such divisions, programs, schools, and offices as the board deems appropriate.
