Summary: Creates the Advisory Council on Violence Prevention to include one assistant district attorney, one assistant attorney general, two teachers in the public schools, one elected member of the school committee, one school district superintendent, one principal, one police chief, and two students. One of the student members must have experience with youth violence prevention programs.

Title: Maintenance; Double Sessions; Subjects; Twelve-Month School Year
Summary: Requires the advisory council on violence prevention to recommend for approval a model curriculum for grades kindergarten through 12 on violence prevention.
