Summary:	Establishes the State Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Violence Prevention. The act defines violence prevention and outlines the function of the center. One function of the Center is to provide or facilitate violence prevention education and training programs.

Summary:	Prohibits discrimination in schools and requires the state board to create policies that create a school environment that is free from discriminatory attitudes and acts of hate violence. Enables a teacher to prevent and respond to acts of hate violence that occur on school property.
